TREATMENT FEES

Methadone Treatment Fees.
$80 intake, $80 weekly.

To Start Methadone Treatment:

The initial admission fee is $80.00 and should be paid in cash, money order or Visa/Mastercard. This fee includes the intake interview, admission physical, mantoux test, RPR blood test, initial urinalysis drug screen as well as all medication and counseling until the following Monday. If the physician determines that special circumstances require additional laboratory tests to further assess the health of the patient, these items may be billed separately to the patient.  Ocean Medical Services, Inc. does not currently accept third party payer insurance as a form of payment but we will assist you in filing a claim with your insurer.

To Continue Methadone Treatment:

Our regular comprehensive weekly fee of $80.00 currently includes individual and group counseling, doctor's visits, medication, and urinalysis drug screens. HIV testing/counseling and Hepatitis testing/counseling is available at no extra cost. Weekly charges are applied to a patient's account every Monday and payment is due by the following Saturday.  Failure to keep payments current may result in the administrative detoxification of the patient.
